• It's very convenient to control the printing slotting units, with the characteristics of order storage ,quick order changing and convenient operation.

• All the transmission rolls are made of high quality steel with the chrome plated and grinding surface.
• Motorized detachment and combination, pneumatic locking and loosening of each unit, along with alarm ring and light when the machine unit moving to improve the operation safety.

• The machine is launched by pressing the start button with two hands, which ensure the operator's safety.

Chain feeding unit:

• Semi auto chain feeding, side plate is adjustable to adapt the different size of cardboard. 
• Equipped with 5 feeding chains, and 3 feeding push plates for each chain.
• The chain rail is made of high strength engineering plastic, which is low noise, and long lift time.   
• The heigh of the workbench is adjustable.    
• Automatic counter for recording the cardboard supply quantity to show the output.

  Printing unit:

• All the rolls and shafts are made of high quality steel, with the treatment of dynamic balance correction, grinding and chrome plated. 
• The printing plate is hanged by the hanging plate device, the printing roll is able to clockwise rotate and counter clockwise rotate with 360 degree easily, it's very convenient for installation and dismounting of printing plate.  
• Manual gap adjustment via worm reducer with graduated dial indication such as gap between rubber roll and anilox roll, gap between anilox roll and printing roll etc. 
• Phase clear memory and reset after printing plate cleaning.
• The distributing rubber roll is covered by wear proof rubber; it's good at ink transmission.
• It's made of high quality of 40# chrome steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding, electric carving for the curve line, and finally chrome plated. 
• The spindle head is made with the process of centrifugal casting, and encapsulate to the anilox roll.
• The anilox roll in the first printing unit is equipped with 150 curve line in per unit surface in order to print large area color block,  while the anilox roll in the second printing unit is equipped with 200 curve line in per unit surface in order to print small area color block.
• Self-suck ink device can keep the plate surface humid when the motor stop, which can control the anilox roller racing circulate ink and cleaning the anilox roller automatic.

Slotting unit:

• The slotting phase position could be manual adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of planetary gearing mechanism.
• Double slotting configuration, after pressing of prepressing wheel and pressing wheel, the carton box will reach better forming effect.
• Precision linear guide horizontal displacement systems is equipped with slotting unit, the slotting knife seat, pressing wheel, trimming knife will moving precisely.
• The slotting knives are made of high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment and grinding which ensure a long life.
• Manual gap adjustment of prepressing wheel, pressing wheel, slotting knife seat.
• Punching hole device is optional.
